Bruce Minsky has spent more than three decades at the intersection of law and business — not as an outside observer, but as an active participant in the decisions that shape companies.
From 1991 to 2004, Bruce served as Vice President and House Counsel at Banco Popular North America, the U.S. banking subsidiary of Popular, Inc., embedded across every function of the institution — commercial, consumer, retail, real estate, operations, finance, labor, marketing, and regulatory compliance. He managed third-party vendor contracts, oversaw regulatory and internal audits, structured commercial financing arrangements, co-managed litigation, and helped guide the bank's expansion into insurance, securities, and early online banking.
Prior to that, Bruce was an associate at Quirk & Bakalor, P.C., a boutique New York litigation firm, handling Federal and State court matters from pleadings and depositions through trial and appeals.
Most recently, he has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for two publicly traded companies, and currently serves as Village Attorney for the Village of New Hempstead, having previously held roles as Village Trustee, Zoning Board of Appeals member, and Assistant Village Attorney for the Village of Wesley Hills.

Outside of practice, Bruce is a musician and a committed runner, cyclist, and swimmer. He has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations and coached the TABC J.V. soccer team to back-to-back MYHSAL championships.
